Contact Information

NRTI as we knew it is no more, and I don't know what will happen in the future. Technically, I'm still employed by the College, though am enjoying a paid hiatus, and working on everything I couldn't work on when I was spending 70 hours a week running the Program, like cleaning up from the tornado that hit, what, 7 years ago now? I'm also commissioned with a nearby county agency, actually answering to one of the more popular instructors, so I'm still trying to keep my hand in.

I'll continue to post information and news from grads and friends, and also want to keep current with LE news and references.

My College phone and e-mail are pretty much out of service, so I'll be setting up yet another account , so we can stay in touch.

Blade Show – VZ Grips - Soldier Systems

I deliberately try not to endorse stuff, but when asked I'm more than happy to offer recommendations.  And the best recommendation I can give is when I use a product personally, day in, day out, having chosen it over all others, for keeps.  Few people know, because they are typically concealed, but half of my regular carry guns wear VZ stocks.  I wish they made maybe fewer models for more pistols, like the P-Series SIGs.

Even fewer people have actually lain eyes on the legendary Revolver of Reckoning, Mark 2.  A N-Frame Smith, as soon as I can pry a set of these out of the company, they are going on the gun.  Without finger grooves: a Scandium N-frame snub in .45 ACP isn't exactly pleasant to shoot under the best of circumstances.
