Contact Information
NRTI as we knew it is no more, and I don't know what will happen in the future. Technically, I'm still employed by the College, though am enjoying a paid hiatus, and working on everything I couldn't work on when I was spending 70 hours a week running the Program, like cleaning up from the tornado that hit, what, 7 years ago now? I'm also commissioned with a nearby county agency, actually answering to one of the more popular instructors, so I'm still trying to keep my hand in.
I'll continue to post information and news from grads and friends, and also want to keep current with LE news and references.
My College phone and e-mail are pretty much out of service, so I'll be setting up yet another account , so we can stay in touch.

For the Instructional Team:
Check your e-mail for a message from Tammy, with instructions on how to access the NRTI/NPS Moodle LMS system that was discussed in November. Let me know if you have difficulties, and I'll definitely not be able to help you out. But we'll get in touch with Tammy who will make it all better. Note that you have access to both the lesson plans and the student texts. Connie and I will be adding the NPS student texts to the OPOTA material in the notebooks, BUT, if there is material that you provided back whenever that went into the notebooks, it won't be there. Please get us updated or current material, we'll print it and it will be made available for the class it's needed in.
I'm really trying to whittle back at the extraneous material that I had added over the years, not knowing how much actual use it got. My goal will be to make a digital library available for students who want material above and beyond the state and federal material. That may wind up on the NPS Moodle site, or the NRTI Moodle site, or Scribd, or Google Docs, or somewhere else. But for know, i want to start the notebooks clean and from scratch. Once that's been mastered, then I'll return to kludging them up with handouts on how to retrieve DNA from blood taken from the stomach of a leech that fed off a suspect.
