Contact Information

NRTI as we knew it is no more, and I don't know what will happen in the future. Technically, I'm still employed by the College, though am enjoying a paid hiatus, and working on everything I couldn't work on when I was spending 70 hours a week running the Program, like cleaning up from the tornado that hit, what, 7 years ago now? I'm also commissioned with a nearby county agency, actually answering to one of the more popular instructors, so I'm still trying to keep my hand in.

I'll continue to post information and news from grads and friends, and also want to keep current with LE news and references.

My College phone and e-mail are pretty much out of service, so I'll be setting up yet another account , so we can stay in touch.

General Points:

  • You aren't having class this weekend.  Enjoy it - as a seasonal Ranger or rookie cop you'll be working every weekend, and holiday, and hunting season, and surf-fishing season and peak climbing season, and best snow season, and peak surfing season.....
  • I'm really informal, but "Hey Commander" just doesn't work as a salutation in an e-mail.
  • If you send me an email on Tuesday asking about Monday, use a freaking date.  I don't know if it was regarding Monday 02/24/14 or Monday 03/03/14, or any of the other 50 Mondays in this year.
  • And if you send me an email, you don't have to start it with who you are.  The header tells me that, plus a well-written email will end with a closing that includes your name, like:
Regards,
Bill DeWeese,
Academy Commander, Program Coordinator
